**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Superintendent with extensive experience in both operations and client relations. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a leader who can oversee all aspects of our operations, including fieldwork, quality control, safety, and client interactions. This is a leadership role with a significant opportunity as we grow our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the team
- Plan and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Supervise and train team members on job tasks and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work together with our team to provide reporting and response to clients
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Assess site for scope and assist with quoting

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in operations and client relations, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing operations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive new initiatives and approaches that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Experience managing high-volume jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work across Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, and expanding Prairie regions.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
