**Job Title**: Lead Bartender

**The Role**
We’re hiring a Lead Bartender to join our team. This is a hands-on bartending position with room to grow into a leadership role over time. You’ll be a key presence behind the bar - mixing cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping to set the tone for service. While this is not yet a full manager role, we’re looking for someone who has the skills, maturity, and ambition to step into more responsibility as the bar program evolves.

**Responsibilities**
- Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
- Support the team during service, providing guidance and maintaining high standards
- Contribute creative ideas for cocktails, features, and bar programming
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Deliver friendly, professional hospitality to every guest
- Uphold Bray’s standards for service, hospitality, quality, and teamwork

**What We’re Looking For**
- Efficiency and focus during service, with the ability to balance speed and quality
- Solid bartending experience in a restaurant or cocktail-driven environment
- A strong interest in wine and spirits, with curiosity to learn more
- Leadership qualities - reliable, calm under pressure, and able to support the team
- A genuine love of hospitality and connecting with people
- Someone ambitious, looking for an opportunity to grow into a larger role

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
