**Job type: Full-time**

**Compensation: $40 -$45 an Hour**

**Shift & Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm - Friday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Additional hours may be needed.**

**Location: Stony plain, AB.**

**Position Summary**

As a Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will address a spectrum of behavioral and mental health concerns, including substance abuse, compulsive behaviors, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building trust and rapport with clients to foster a therapeutic relationship.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the emotional, behavioral, and social needs of individuals.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
- Addressing complex issues like substance abuse, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders.
- Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy to help clients develop coping skills and improve resilience.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers.
- Sharing insights and updates with the team to provide holistic and cohesive care.
- Participating in case reviews and team meetings to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Empowering clients to make informed decisions and take control of their recovery journey.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients.
