**About Us**:

We're looking for a confident, people-first **Host Manager** to lead our front-of-house greeting team and be the face of our brand from the moment guests walk through the door.

**Position Overview**:
The Host Manager is responsible for leading the host team in delivering outstanding guest experiences through warm welcomes, efficient seating strategies, and smooth front-door operations. This role requires quick thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to stay cool under pressure—especially during peak hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of hosts to ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Train, mentor, and schedule host staff with a focus on performance, professionalism, and hospitality
- Maintain a clear and organized front-of-house, including managing the waitlist, reservations, and guest flow
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with grace and professionalism, escalating when necessary
- Create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that reflects our brand and culture
- Monitor FOH cleanliness, ambiance, and appearance to ensure it meets our standards
- Support event coordination and large party logistics when needed
- Track and report on host team performance and guest wait times

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, brewery, or hospitality setting
- 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Able to remain composed under pressure and problem-solve quickly
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Familiarity with reservation and waitlist software (e.g., OpenTable, TouchBistro, Toast)
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
