**SUMMARY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Able to work open and close hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees

Must have a valid serving it right certificate

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold food service standards and adhere to Serving It Right regulations.
- Assist with phone etiquette, taking reservations and providing information about menu offerings.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour
