**Nutritionist / Personal Trainer - Health & Wellness Specialist**

Are you passionate about fitness and nutrition? We are looking for a motivated _Nutritionist _or _Personal Trainer_ to guide customers on their journey to healthier, happier lives.

**Responsibilities**:
This position ensures that customers receive the best possible service and assistance with supplements, health products, sports nutrition, and wellness strategies to help them better understand and respond to their individual health and fitness needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers with questions, locating items, and offering guidance on supplements, health, and fitness products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of nutritional and fitness trends, supplements, training approaches, and other wellness products in the ever-changing world of health.
- Support customers in making informed choices that complement their nutrition and/or fitness goals.
- Organize, stock, and merchandise product.
- Maintain overall appearance of the store.
- Open and close the store as needed.
- Answer phones promptly and courteously.
- Handle shipping & receiving orders.
- Contribute to social media content and newsletters.
- Help achieve required sales goals.

Ideal Qualifications:
You must be excellent in customer service and have a background and knowledge of supplements, nutrition, or personal training.
- Certification/designation such as Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN, CNP), Personal Training (CPT, NASM, ACE, BCRPA, etc.) or related is an asset.
- Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying focused.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health, fitness, and nutrition.
- Passion for personal wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to helping clients succeed.
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems (or willingness to learn).

Hours & Schedule
- This role offers 26-40 hours per week (part-time or full-time depending on fit).
- Typical schedule: Wednesday through Sunday.
- Some flexibility may be available, but weekend and holiday availability is required.
