**About the role**

As a Marketing Support Representative at Future Electronics, you will play an integral role in the coordination of all pre
- and post-sales activities. You will support our procurement team with inventory management and ensure that all marketing support and service activities are coordinated and completed to the satisfaction of Future Electronics’ customers.

**how you will make an impact**
- Working with internal teams and using the predefined process for pre
- and post-sales support for customers
- Working with the procurement team to ensure the coordination of all rescheduling and cancellation activity
- Collaborating with Customer Service for expedited activity and shipment tracking
- Communicating with sales branches for all stock availability checks, and problem-solving expedite requests
- Working interdepartmentally and alongside supplier contacts to maintain accurate and timely information

**We’re looking for someone with**
- University education or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Office familiarity - you are able to create presentations and manipulate data
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask - you do what it takes to get the job done
- Strong communication skills - internally, with other teams and managers, and externally with suppliers
- Attention to details you are meticulous and take pride in your work

- Desire to delight customers - you anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations
- You are organized and pay close attention to detail
- Results-oriented and able to self-manage
