The Mule is Port Dover's favourite lunch spot, regular late-night haunt and the go-to destination for a good drink and a great bite.

Our menu offers an approachable and fresh twist on your favourite flavours from way down south. Our tacos range from classic Mexican to the weird-and-wild-you’ve-gotta-try-this, and are always made with love. Better yet, all of our food is 100% gluten-free, and we serve up a variety of fare that will delight your vegetarian and vegan side.

**The Job**:

- Provide personable and efficient service to ensure guest needs are met at all times.
- Be confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order.
- Take a proactive role in encouraging teamwork, cooperation, productivity and a positive attitude within the working environment
- At the end of all shifts, complete cashouts accurately, and submit for approval.
- Attend any training or meetings as and when required by The Mule’s General Manager, or the Other Bird Operations Team.
- Other tasks as assigned by The Mule’s General Manager.
- Have the initiative to further develop skills and knowledge.
- **Ideally, You Have Experience / Education**:_
- 2+ years of restaurant serving experience is required.
- SmartServe certification is required.
- Previous experience with Silverware POS is an asset.
