The Police Credit Union is a full-service financial institution servicing active and retired police personnel, their families, and associated police groups within the province of Ontario since 1946.
The Police Credit Union has branches conveniently located in the city of Toronto and the regions of York, Durham, Peel and Halton.
**Job Summary**
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team, as well as with the Board of Directors and Credit Union members, to support and cultivate a strong relationship between The Police Credit Union and its stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for planning and coordination of administrative and organizational support for the CEO, in addition to working with the broader Senior Management Team. The EA ensures that the office is run in an effective and efficient manner. The EA acts as an extension of the Senior Management Team in a manner that is professional and maintains strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercises discretion at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**
Provide support to the CEO to significantly improve the coordination of the Senior Management Team to meet operational requirements, reporting significant issues to the CEO.
Provide support to the CEO with input from the Senior Management Team in the day-to-day management of the Office.
Develop relationships and maintain liaison with the TPCU Board of Directors on behalf of the CEO and the Senior Management Team.
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to management
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
- Experience of working with a Board of Directors is considered to be an asset
- Experience in developing policy and procedures
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
**Relevant Skills and Knowledge**
- Ability to learn, absorb, and recall information
- Demonstrates the ability to act confidentiality and good judgment are critical as this position will be exposed to information and content of a highly sensitive in nature
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Strict attention to detail and accuracy with an appreciation for the implications of errors
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to interact with a diversity of people and support resolution of issues

Pay: $60,815.00-$67,573.00 per year
