As a Technical Program Manager Analyst II at Mastercard, you are expected to perform the following general responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Workspace Tools Technologies. Manage your team's progress with mínimal guidance, handle dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure successful engineering task completion.
- Collaborate with the Workspace Tools Technologies teams using Agile/Scrum to manage ceremonies and coordinate with service lines such as Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure Design Engineering. This method facilitates iterative delivery and alignment with roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and dependent teams.
- Work in partnership with engineering managers to secure necessary resources, define project scope, set priorities, and establish milestones. Optimize work sequencing and streamline processes to enhance the efficiency of engineering execution.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Create visualizations and reports (DOMO & Power BI) that effectively communicate data insights and drive project progress. This includes the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner to support decision-making and strategic planning.

All About You
- Experience defining scalable technical products with a basic understanding of platform capabilities and technologies. Knowledge of Workspace Tools Technologies is ideal but not required.
- Must be able to work independently in identifying problems/risks and developing and mapping out solutions to mitigate.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Experience with Tableau, Domo, Power BI or other comparable business intelligence tools a plus, but not required.
- Have Project Management experience leading complex initiatives in a structured manner, 3 years of experience ideal.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools, like Rally, Jira, AHA.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, supporting engineering teams globally.
