**Position Overview**:
The General Labour / Shipping position is responsible for the day-to-day function to ensure that products are run to process and accurately pack and ship ecommerce orders for our retail and wholesale customers.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Must** **have working knowledge of general tools, including carpentry. This includes : Table saw, Mitre Saw, Grinders, Etc.**:

- **Must** have strong computer skills in order to learn internal and partner based computer programs and platforms
- **Must **have ability to manage your own tasks
- **Must** have ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks as required
- **Must** have strong attention to detail
- **Must** be able to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
- **Must** have clear and concise communication skills with proactive follow-up both internally and externally
- **Must **have ability to problem solve and find solutions
- **Must actually want to work and show up on time, everyday**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Performs general tasks in the Production Department
- Product prep including building and assembling packaging.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship), includes customs documentation
- Responsible for tracking shipments and to ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time
- Performs required quality checks where applicable based on training provided to ensure product is in compliance and in specification
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Performs all duties according to safety standards and company policies
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- **Job Specifications**:_
- The Successful applicant will work onsite daily
- Full time: 40 Hours per week, 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
- Peak Season may require overtime and occasional Saturdays
