**What You'll Do**

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning and recycling facility. Your work will involve repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections across production machines, tools, and facilities.

Your contribution will help us advance our New Industrial Recycling facility by improving operations with innovative mechanical processes to lead us into a new era of sustainable materials management. This is your opportunity to think creatively and implement better ways of doing things while supporting our mission to close the loop in the circular economy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Perform timely, effective repairs on tools, equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure that keep our recycling operations running efficiently.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and maintain production equipment, tools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and manufacturing spaces to minimize downtime and resource waste.
- **Proactive Monitoring**: Identify and address potential issues before they become costly problems, supporting our commitment to resource optimization.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Coordinate external repair services as needed with approval.

**What You Bring**
- Maintenance experience in an industrial setting
- Plumbing, electrical systems and mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency with hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for environmental sustainability and resource conservation (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour with experience

**Additional pay**:

- Overtime pay

**Schedule**: Be home every night...
- 8 hour shift (flexible)
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime

**Work Location**: In person

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
