**Job Description**:
The CSP Cloud Success Team Lead leads a team of Microsoft modern work and Azure professionals and works to create and deliver effective solutions that meet the needs of Insight’s customers, with the goal of generating revenue for our organization.

A CSP Cloud Success Team Lead is responsible for:

- Recruiting, training, motivating, and leading a team of Microsoft CSP Solution Specialists who can deliver innovative CSP sales solutions to satisfy customer needs and generate revenue.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for each team member to provide feedback for skill development and improvement.
- Working closely with the Manager of Software Solutions (Microsoft) to ensure alignment on strategy and goals
- Working closely with the Consulting Services team to understand funding vehicles to drive consulting and managed services opportunities
- Working closely with other internal departments, like product management, marketing, services, finance, and technical teams, to align goals and leverage internal resources that will drive successful sales.
- Providing forecasts, reports, status updates, and activity metrics to senior leadership.
- Developing and executing sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction and align with corporate goals.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to help develop future product and service offerings.
- Ensuring that the sales team meets and exceeds targets and contributing positively to the overall growth of the organization.
- Providing ongoing coaching to the internal teams, supporting their pre and post-sale activities and their ability to understand the customer's needs.
- Building and sustaining relationships with key partners, current clients as well as acquire new client accounts.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and services
- A strong understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.
- A willingness to travel as required.
- A results-oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset.
