**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while managing patient flow.
- Handle dental insurance billing and treatment coordination.
- Assist with treatment planning and patient care discussions.
- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental receptionist in Canada.
- Experience with Tracker Dental software.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing processes.
- Experience with treatment coordination and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt to clinic processes and maintain efficiency in a busy environment.
