**Position Details**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager for our Hawkstone location at 18326 Lessard Rd NW, Edmonton, AB. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of natural health products, including vitamins and supplements, and a proven track record in retail management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of health food products, vitamins, and supplements to assist customers effectively.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the health food or natural products industry.
- Strong knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and natural health products.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Health Foods related: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
