Job Details Retail store supervisor Employer: Your Dollar Store With More Posted on: January 22, 2026 Location: Edmonton, AB T5T 3J7 Work location: On site Salary: $30.00 hourly ($32 hours per week) Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend Starts: As soon as possible Advertised until: 2026-02-12 Overview Responsible for overseeing daily operations of a retail store, including staffing, merchandising, sales and customer service. This role involves scheduling, training, inventory management, and financial control. Key Responsibilities Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train staff or arrange for their training Teach interest or professional development courses Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and coordinate activities of workers Manage cashOversee payroll administration Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff Supervision Directly supervises 3-4 people. Qualifications Education: College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Languages: English Other: Must be authorized to work in Canada; willing to relocate for the position; available to start on the listed date.
