**Responsibilities**:
The Retail Store Manager is a key member of the Retail Sales team. The incumbent will support and promote a positive company image and encourage the sale of Eastlink’s products and services while providing effective leadership for the retail team. Some of the responsibilities include:

- Lead and motivate your team in the pursuit of exceptional customer experience while driving sales results
- Take ownership of outcomes and develop creative plans to grow store sales
- Set clear expectations and provide constant feedback
- Identify and bring forward practical solutions based on facts to drive high performance
- Grow and develop the team to maximize their potential

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about developing team members
- Strong desire to exceed goals with the purpose of inspiring the team
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized
- Proven experience in a leadership role
