Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
- Use power tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Restore surfaces by sanding, priming, and finishing as needed
- Build scaffolding and set up ladders to safely perform tasks
- Caulk gaps and ensure surfaces are properly sealed
- Follow schematics or instructions for each project
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project completion on time
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques
- Experience with carpentry and drywall repair
- Ability to operate power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
