**Responsibilities Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a painter
- Solid knowledge of commercial and residential painting techniques
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, rollers, patching tools etc.)
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with the customer, when required
- Responsible for adhering to all health and safety precautions

**Education & Experience**
- High School Graduate
- Experience painting residential and renovating/or commercial properties
- Solid knowledge of residential and/or construction painting techniques
- Ability to lift up to a minimum of 100 lbs. (usually only 20-50 lbs.)
- Comfortable with heights
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, sprayers, etc.)
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- Forethought of job safety and painting expectations with walk through of areas to be painted on a daily basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
