**Your Role**:

- **Create impactful Programs**:Develop and implement age-appropriate programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth
- **Lead with Joy**:Tell stories, sing songs, and engage children in creative play and exploration
- **Observe and Support**:Identify learning or behavioral needs and collaborate with parents and team members to support each child's success.
- **Collaborate and Connect**:Work closely with families, co-workers, and community partners to create a supportive environment for children.
- **Stay Organized**:Manage records, attend staff meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Good English oral and written communication**(required)
- A **team player**with strong **interpersonal skills**and **emotional awareness**:

- **Dependable**and **able to work independently with**mínimal supervision

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
- **Experience**:Minimum 1 year in early childhood education (required)
- **Language**:Good English oral and written communication skills required (French not required)
- **Food Handlers Certificate**:(An Asset)
- **Vulnerable Sector Check**:(required)
