**Duties**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required

**Requirements**:

- Organizational skills to effectively manage classroom materials, resources, and lesson plans
- Strong time management skills to ensure that daily activities are completed within designated time frames
- Ability to write reports, assessments, and communicate effectively with parents or guardians
- Experience working in a classroom setting with young children is preferred
- Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks such as record keeping and communication
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate students in their learning journey
- Familiarity with computerized learning tools or software is a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
