Under the direction of the Building Maintenance Manager, the Building Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the proper operation of the building facilities as well as cleanliness and health and safety of those in the building.

What are we looking for:

- Must be in good physical condition, capable of handling heavy material and perform labour intensive duties.
- Must be comfortable working with the public
- Ability to provide excellent exceptional customer service
- Perform basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electricity
- Excellent troubleshooting sense
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual (English and French spoken)

Essential Functions
- Perform general maintenance of the building and facilities (interior and exterior)
- Conduct weekly inspections related to lighting, waste removal, fire & safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate and track service calls related to the head office
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and certain repairs.
- Accompany tradesmen for PM visits and well as service calls
- Oversee the daily janitorial services at office
- Report any defective systems and make the necessary corrections
- Perform rooms set ups
- Assist the Building Maintenance Managers with follow ups and preparing orders
- Perform other duties as required

Work schedule M-F 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Sous la direction du gestionnaire de l'entretien des bâtiments, le préposé aux bâtiments est responsable du bon fonctionnement des installations du bâtiment ainsi que de la propreté, de la santé et de la sécurité des personnes qui s'y trouvent.

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Doit être en bonne condition physique, capable de manipuler des matériaux lourds et d'effectuer des tâches à forte intensité de main-d'œuvre.
- Doit être à l'aise pour travailler avec le public
- Capacité à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle exceptionnel
- Avoir des compétences de base en menuiserie, plomberie, électricité
- Excellent sens du dépannage
- Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Excel
- Bilingue (anglais et français parlés)

Fonctions essentielles:

- Effectuer l'entretien général du bâtiment et des installations (intérieur et extérieur)
- Effectuer des inspections hebdomadaires liées à l'éclairage, à l'enlèvement des déchets, à la sécurité incendie et à la propreté.
- Coordonner et suivre les appels de service liés au siège social.
- Effectuer des tâches d'entretien préventif et certaines réparations.
- Accompagner les artisans pour les visites de maintenance et les appels de service.
- Superviser les services quotidiens de conciergerie dans les bureaux.
- Signaler tout système défectueux et apporter les corrections nécessaires
- Effectuer la mise en place des salles
- Assister les responsables de l'entretien des bâtiments dans le suivi et la préparation des commandes.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins

Horaire de travail M-F 7:00 AM à 3:30 PM ou 6:30 AM à 3:00 PM
