**Purpose**:
To ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by following all Company Policies and procedures.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Line Assembly —Assist in preparing lines for production (moving tables, conveyors, boxes)
- Packing products by weight or piece requirements as directed by the Production Manager/Supervisor
- Assembling / taping boxes as required
- Working with different machines during packaging of product. (Ray pack, Sealers)
- Ensure that proper weighing and labelling of product is done as per customer specifications.
- Moving finished product and supplies with a manual/electric pallet jack.
- Maintain speed and accuracy of Production line for any given SKU
- Responsible for reporting any machine defects, malfunctions, unsafe work conditions to the management.
- Reporting all accidents and near misses to first aid & Supervisor
- General Housekeeping —All Packaging room employees are responsible for the general cleanliness of the department. (Clean as you go)
- Other duties as required

**Knowledge & Background Requirements**:

- Entry level position
- In-house training will be provided

**Skills Required**:

- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.

**Abilities**:

- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Manual Dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 23 kilograms.
- Highly flexible to perform multiple tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Wage: $17.63 per hour
