Led by Chef Fadi Kattan, Louf will offer guests an array of flavours from Palestine served with a modern twist. Also on offer will be a phenomenally curated wine program, highlighting a variety of Palestinian wines.

We are introducing a Hospitality Included price point, which will be distributed to the entire team equally, no matter the position, as commission based on hours worked and shifts. We want to create a true livable wage for our frontline team members, without having to rely on our guests to tip.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all food products.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help maintain inventory levels by notifying management of low stock items.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests.

**Compensations**:

- $21 per hour base wage
- Shared pooled incentive based on hours worked
- Health benefits after 3 month probationary period (FT only)
- Free staff meal
- 4% vacation pay
