This position requires a presence at our office located in St-Laurent, Montreal, two days a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Your Background
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one year completed
- Marketing and/or Communications or other related program

Your Focus
- Assist in building and enhancing Paladin's corporate brand by maintaining and updating Paladin's website and supporting the assessment of visibility options such as PMCQ and WIP.
- Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and implement the Veeva Vault promo review system to streamline promotional material reviews.
- As needed, assist Product Manager(s) with updating portfolio workbooks, formatting brand presentations and supporting documents.
- Perform other _ad hoc_ projects in support of the Marketing Team.

Required Experience
- Ability to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to evaluate different data and come to a well-reasoned conclusion.
- Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Meticulous, detail oriented.
- Initiative and follow through.
- Motivated, independent, and capable of following deadlines.
- Bilingual (French and English) with good oral and written communication skills*

Duration of 2025 Summer Internship
- The summer internship will begin on May 19, 2025 and end on August 15, 2025.
