We operate through our **Ambassador Program**, which empowers both employees and clients to advocate for MYLE and be rewarded for their contributions. As we grow, we need a **Marketing Intern** to help take our brand to the next level.

**Your Role**

As a **Marketing Intern**, you will:

- **Plan & Execute Social Media Campaigns** - Use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to generate brand awareness and leads
- **Process & Close Leads** - Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and help convert them into paying customers
- **Track & Optimize Performance** - Measure key metrics, report results, and suggest improvements

**No prior marketing experience is required**, but a strong willingness to learn and take action is a must.

- **No Base Salary** - Your potential earnings are unlimited based on the success of your marketing campaigns

**How This Role Ties into the MYLE Ambassador Program**

The **Ambassador Program** is at the heart of MYLE’s marketing. As an intern, you will:

- Learn the program’s structure and values
- Align your marketing strategies with its goal
- Target and attract ambassadors who resonate with our mission

This understanding will **directly influence** how you approach campaigns and engage with our audience.

**Logistics & Work Structure**
- **Commitment**: First 3 weeks = **40 hours per week**; after that, work on your own schedule while meeting targets
- **Support System**: Work closely with MYLE’s leadership & marketing team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $1.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC H3X 2J5
