**Job Summary**:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Servers As a server, you'll be the face of our shop, serving delicious ice cream with a smile and ensuring every guest has a sweet experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Scoop and serve ice cream, pints, flights and sandwiches
- Handle transactions accurately using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment
- Restock toppings, cones, and other supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Answer customer questions about flavors, ingredients, and allergens
- Work as a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, scooping, lifting (up to 20 lbs), and reaching

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
