**Position Overview**

This position is field based with travel to multiple work sites throughout the GTA.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform vibration data collection on rotating equipment (pumps, motors, fans, compressors) at various client sites. (Mileage reimbursement provided)
- Perform collection for Ultrasonic, thermography, oil analysis, alignment, balance and ODS Modelling.
- Interpret vibration spectra, waveforms, and trends to diagnose mechanical issues (imbalance, misalignment, bearing faults, etc.) and assess asset health.
- Generate comprehensive, clear and actionable reports summarizing analysis results and suggested corrective actions to both clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site visits, data collection activities, and analysis results.
- Support clients with troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while performing onsite work, ensuring safe data collection practices.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Required**:

- Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend client sites.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of rotating machinery.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Continuous engagement with client(s) on improving their Predictive Maintenance Program
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between field and home-based tasks.

**Preferred**:

- ISO 18436-2 Category II Vibration Analyst Certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
- Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
- Proficient with Machine Sentry, Emerson CSI, or Vibroport 7 (VB7) equipment and software.
- Familiarity with additional condition monitoring techniques (ultrasound, thermography, oil analysis) is an asset.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Technically minded individual with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- 1-2 years of experience in predictive maintenance or reliability roles.

**Work Environment**
- Onsite data collection at client facilities across the GTA and surrounding areas.
- Remote analysis and reporting from a home-based office, occasional requirements to attend Etobicoke office.
- Occasional travel to support other regions as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
