For over 2 decades, Damasci has been committed to crafting fine jewelry at the highest quality standards, and ensuring our customers receive the best experience from start to finish.

We are currently expanding and are excited to be looking for an experienced Jeweler to lead manufacturing from start to finish (excluding setting).

As the lead Jeweler you will be responsible for:

- Casting in Gold (rose, white, yello) and Platinum
- Polishing and assembly of all different types of jewelry including but not limited to **Engagement Rings, Wedding bands**, earrings, Pendants, Bracelets, Chains, Necklaces, Bangles.
- Significant experience with performing and troubleshooting jewelry repairs.
- Technical understanding of polishing and setting jewelry manufacturing techniques.
- Extensive experience working with diverse materials (e.g., platinum, yellow gold, white gold) and gemstones/diamonds
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of laser welding and torch soldering techniques.
- Must meet or exceed productivity standards based on work mix and role.
- Must be able to complete all craft work according to Damasci quality and design standards.
- Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and willing to change responsibilities within the department as needed by the business.
- Demonstrated English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with multiple staff levels.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and partnership skills. Working well within a team environment is a must.
- Professional work ethic demonstrative of exceptional client service, compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to safety, confidentiality, security, and attendance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 10+ years Casting
- 10+ years' of bench jeweler experience
- Jewelry/Manufacturing industry experience (from start to finish)

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
