We supply and train you with the best available systems so that you can perform the job with pride and confidence.

I won't lie to you: This position isn't easy.

This job requires a multi-faceted individual that can work independently and within a team while providing excellent customer service, strong time-management skills, and having soft computer skills. Being multi-lingual is a bonus but not essential. In addition to these soft skills, it is very useful to have some endurance and strength. We lift rugs and climb stairs on a regular basis and routinely hit 12K+ step counts per day. Most new hires adapt to this physicality within 3-4 weeks.

In exchange, I'll provide you with all the training, generous benefits, and a flexible schedule - including but not limited to 3 or 4 day work weeks, if desired. We pride ourselves on our work ethic. It's simply about getting the job done well and wowing our pleasant but demanding clients. We did not become the top-rated carpet & rug care company by accident.
- Here's how it goes: _
- **3-Month Mark**: Once you are past this training and can operate with little to no assistance, we promote you to Technician where your pay is increased to $22 an hour.
- **12-Month Mark**: You are eligible for our benefits program. This includes Dental, Extended Medical Benefits, Life/Travel Insurance and Vision Care. Two weeks paid vacation.

We are offering full-time with 36 to 44 hours being the common range of hours. This is typically spread over 5 days a week or - after training - we can modify your schedule to 3 or 4 days workweeks. Please let us know your long-term preference during the interview.
