**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with customers to ensure that calls are made promptly and following up to ensure the proper completion of jobs.
- Verifying service order information such as payment, and product information is complete and consistent.
- Liaising between sales team, service team and management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be a team player and able to work independently when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer-service ethic

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
