**Personal Lines Producer - Insurance**

Make your mark as a top Sales Producer in a growing industry. In this high-volume sales role, you will use your Personal Insurance expertise to identify and produce new business, while ensuring your customers have the coverage they need. This is a remote position, reporting to the Digital Sales Manager.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Target new business and digital sales leads opportunities
- Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services, ensuring accurate data, coverage amounts and endorsements
- Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
- Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients
- Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
- Prospect and up-sell when talking to customers on all lines of business sold
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

**The value you bring**
- RIBO License and insurance industry knowledge is required
- Sales experience required
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience
- A desire to learn our systems and processes. If you don’t know something, ask
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
- Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent - Availibility to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales Team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST), select Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm (MST), and occasionally Statutory Holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm (MST)
