**About the Role**

As a **Specialty**Team Member**, you'll be the face of our bakery, providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with purchases, packaging, and maintaining a welcoming environment that makes everyone feel like they're walking into a sweet treat paradise.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- **
Delight our customers**: Greet, answer questions, and help them choose the perfect treats.
- **Package with love**: Ensure our baked goods look as good as they taste.
- **Stay knowledgeable**: Learn about our products, ingredients, and allergen info to become a bakery expert.
- **Work seamlessly**: Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy bakery.
- **Collaborate**: Assist our Coffee Bar team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.
