Landscape Labourer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential and Commercial Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscapes of residential and commercial properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding to keep lawns and gardens in pristine condition.
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape, health, and aesthetic appeal.
- Plant and maintain flowers, plants, and other greenery, ensuring proper watering, fertilization, and pest control.
- Monitor and assess the health of plants, trees, and grass, promptly identifying and addressing any issues or diseases.
- Remove leaves, debris, and other litter from the property to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, following safety guidelines.
- Adhere to established landscaping standards and practices to deliver high-quality workmanship.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a landscaper, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
- Solid knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive salary based on experience.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
