**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented **Residential Rental Sales Associate & Property Management Team Member** to join our team. This position is perfect for an individual with strong sales skills. You will be responsible for assisting with property showings, photographing units, conducting move-ins and move-outs, and supporting our leasing team in securing high-quality tenants. A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to close deals are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Showings**: Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual property showings for prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of residential properties in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- **Sales Support**: Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide guidance on available properties. Utilize strong sales techniques to effectively close deals and secure leases.
- **Move-In/Move-Out Coordination**: Assist with the move-in process for new tenants, ensuring that all paperwork is completed, keys are provided, and property conditions are documented. Oversee move-out inspections and ensure that any necessary repairs or updates are communicated to management.
- **Leasing Documentation**: Assist with the preparation and execution of lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with prospective and current tenants, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed on local rental market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to help guide pricing strategies and provide accurate information to potential renters.
- **Follow-Up**: Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in leasing properties to maximize conversion rates and close deals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven success in sales, preferably in real estate or leasing, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients and team members.
- **Customer-Focused**: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and resolving issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- **Organization & Detail-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple properties, schedules, and move-in/out procedures efficiently.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using property management software, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate property showings and client schedules.

Pay: $21.50-$25.00 per hour
