**Position Summary**

The Front of House Lead plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations during breakfast and lunch service. This hands-on role involves maintaining brand standards, delivering exceptional customer service, mentoring staff, and supporting day-to-day business operations including inventory, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily FOH operations during breakfast and lunch service.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and guest experience meet company standards.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Monitor and organize inventory, supply ordering, and food storage.
- Hire, train, and mentor new staff
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules and shift assignments.
- Balance FOH cash-outs and complete end-of-day reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the owner on staffing, shortages, and operational issues.
- Host and lead bi-monthly team and management meetings.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A passion for guest service and leadership.
- Proficient in handling POS systems, basic reporting, and scheduling tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Serve tables during regular shifts** while leading the FOH team.
- Set the tone for guest experience, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Support FOH training for new hires and ongoing team development.
- Ensure plating, table setups, and service flow align with Stacked standards.
- Open/close the restaurant as needed and handle minor shift-level issues.
- Communicate effectively with the BOH during service.
- Assist in daily tasks like cutlery checks, table resets, and FOH cleanliness.
- Be a role model for punctuality, attitude, and performance.
