**Responsibilities include**:

- Developing and managing roll-out strategies for new products
- Identifying opportunities to improve online merchandising across several channels
- Maintaining and building relationships with key retailers
- Building marketing calendars according to product launches and promotions
- Monitoring product performance and marketing campaigns’ ROIs
- Recommending creative tactics to drive e-commerce sales and revenue
- Maintaining close collaboration with supply chain operations and fulfillment organizations for service level excellence
- Effectively managing a team of 3 e-commerce merchandisers to:

- Create, manage, and optimize listings on 3rd party marketplaces
- Ensure products are accurately described and priced
- Optimize keywords in titles and descriptions and implement updates (SEO)
- Ensure proper categorization of all products
- Monitor and make necessary inventory adjustments on-line
- Identify marketplace issues including images, descriptions, pricing and shipping policies and resolve them accordingly
- Monitor and improve consumer ratings and feedback on each platform

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of marketing/e-commerce experience
- Proven leadership, team building and coaching skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects through to completion
- Accomplished, demonstrable written and verbal communication skills; (English)
- Strong command of French
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments
- Proven organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Asana and Syndigo would be an asset
