Job Title: Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a construction crew
- Provide guidance and direction to crew members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members based on their skills and experience
- Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise among crew members

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management is a plus
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans and specifications
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
