Currently, we are in search of talent like you We are seeking a **Site Foreman** who is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, experienced team player to join our Edmonton team on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Construction Manager, Project Manager and Site Superintendent with project administration as necessary
- Act as a liaison between the Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and trades in coordinating the work of the trades
- With direction from the Site Superintendent, the Foreman will organize the job site and crew to carry out the project plan.
- Review and monitor subcontractor’s scope of work
- Motivate and provide assistance to personnel by providing direction and consultation
- Ensure that project correspondence is organized and updated
- Report issues to Superintendent
- Coordinate and follow up with trades and consultants as required
- Provides and maintains conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance and enforcement of corporate health and safety policies and procedures
- Manage workers in the performance of both skilled and unskilled labor
- Lead the work that needs to be completed in a safe and responsible way
- All other duties assigned by the Superintendent and Project Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyman Trade Certification in the related construction trade or CET designation will be considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years work experience in multi-family construction projects with 1 year experience as a foreman
- Experience using MS Project & MS Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details while performing various tasks under multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and employ construction specifications, methods, and procedures
- Experience in supervising and managing various crew sizes
- Field experience in multifamily/residential construction is preferred
- Be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and has a strong desire to grow with the Company
- Demonstrate effective communication and team building skills
- Be results focused with a proven track record of accomplishments in the construction field
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve, handle numerous and diverse activities, organizing and prioritizing appropriately to meet demands and expectations

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
