**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Utilize construction estimating software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, to generate accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with the team to assess project requirements and develop comprehensive proposals.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimation.
- Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to create competitive bids.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and correspondence related to projects.
- Monitor industry trends and pricing changes to ensure estimates remain competitive.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the estimation process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is required.
- Surveying experience preffered
- In field experience with ability to support team on site.
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam preffered.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in cost analysis.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles within the construction industry is essential.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Join our team as a Project Estimator where your expertise will contribute significantly to our project's success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
