We are in a search for Full-Time Hotel Valet Manager in Toronto. As a Hotel Valet Manager, will ensure a smooth-running valet parking operation by ensuring 24/7

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Ensure that increased revenue, managed expenses, and customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of our various clients.
- Liaise with Senior Hotel and Corporate Managers ensuring contractual obligations are exceeded
- Lead, direct, and develop team of employees to accomplish goals/initiatives, while embodying and using Indigo’s culture and Values as a guideline
- Oversee daily valet operations for hotel client while directly oversee staff, customer complaints, client requests, etc.
- Responsible for payroll processing; ensuring sign off on hours in timely manner; collaborate with Human Resources and Payroll department to ensure pay data is completed properly and to ensure proper wage and hour compliance
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual operational reports as required
- Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of the Shift Supervisors and Valets
- Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned location(s).
- Additional duties as assigned.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
- High school diploma as a minimum
- 3 or more years as a Supervisor or Team Lead role
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Cautious and courteous driver, with a valid class G driver’s licence and clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
