**Hotel X Guest Services / Valet Associate**
LOCATION: 111 Princes’ Blvd, Toronto, Ontario M6K 3C3
Our Guest Services Team is vital to ensure a world-class guest experience from arrival to departure. This high-profile department carries a special responsibility by creating the first and last impression of the Hotel.
Who you are:
- You have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people
- You are impeccable with your personal presentation
- You have an excellent command of the English language
- You are knowledgeable about what Toronto has to offer visitors
- You demonstrate attention to detail and have the ability to multitask
- You are comfortable with standing outside for the majority of your shift and are able to lift up to 60 lbs
How you can qualify:
- Valid G Class Drivers license
- Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Possess a clean driving record (minimum of two years).
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred additional skills:
- Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
- 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced Hotel operation
- Additional languages
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
