Under the supervision of the CSR Lead and with support from the Client Service and Operations Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the CSR include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Scheduling appointments/emergency walk-ins
- Triaging patients
- Setting up new clients and patients in our electronic medical software
- Preparation and maintenance of medical records
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Mailings
- Computer operation
- Financial transactions
- Front office and reception area maintenance
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization sills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Takes initiative and accepts accountability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M3B 2R2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
