**About Us**:
At Magic Days Learning Center, we are a nurturing and vibrant learning environment focused on creating meaningful early childhood experiences. Our center operates with two distinct units: One for Toddlers and Infants, and another for Pre-K children. We emphasize the Flight curriculum and The Montessori approach, ensuring that each child explores and develops their skills in a thoughtful and developmentally appropriate way. Our Toddler program is designed to foster curiosity, independence, and learning through hands-on exploration and age-appropriate activities.

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Teacher. As a leader, you will play a key role in guiding a group of children through daily learning and developmental activities while working closely with our team of educators to create a nurturing environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily activities and routines for the classroom, focusing on based Flight and Montessori learning and age-appropriate skill development.
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages exploration, problem-solving, and independence.
- Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that adhere to the Montessori approach and align with the Flight curriculum.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play, group activities, and individual attention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that supports learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, routines, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve the program and ensure each child’s unique needs are met.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Provide guidance and support to children in the process of potty training, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum ECE Level 2 or 3 certification.**:

- Previous experience working with Preschoolers in a daycare or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of Flight and Montessori curriculum principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.05-$28.62 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
