**What you’ll do**:

- Support our legal team by gathering information, researching the law and drafting contracts, correspondence, reports and other legal documents
- Manage the intake, prioritization and coordination of legal requests
- Liaison with key stakeholders and provide administrative support to the legal, compliance and governance departments, including developing and maintaining procedures

**What you’ve got**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years’ experience or a combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of legal administration and support, including legal software and filing systems
- Experience with contracts, corporate filings, estates and collections
