**Position Description & Scope**

**Position Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop, edit, and maintain service manuals, technical bulletins, brochures, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to gather technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Ensure all technical documents comply with company and industry standards.
- Work with various stakeholders to review and update existing documentation.
- Organize and manage document control processes to ensure version accuracy.
- Utilize document management systems and relevant tools for efficient documentation.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong technical background, regardless of industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex technical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and document management software.
- Experience working with engineering or technical teams is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
