**What we are looking for**:

- Directly source and hire high quality technical positions through job ads, cold calling, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.
- Use a variety of techniques including social media platforms to discover and attract the best talent.
- Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone or virtual screenings to assess technical skills and behavioural competencies.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
- A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Be able to provide and take constructive feedback.
