**Starting wage**: $20 - $23/hour based on experience
**As a Scale Attendant you would**:

- Provide customer service at the Scales for customers entering and exiting the facility.
- Provide information clearly and/or assistance regarding rules, regulations and operating procedures to customers using the facility
- Weigh incoming loads and calculate rates based on load content
- Direct customers in a personable and friendly manner to appropriate areas
- Use various computer systems, including P.O.S
- Balance the daily receipts to ensure accurate record keeping and appropriate billing
- Take delivery of materials and waste from suppliers
- Perform other duties as required, including outside labouring duties as required
- Preference to weekend availability - either Saturday or Sunday
- Proven ability to work safely and promote a safe working environment adhering to Milner Group's safety policies
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Previous POS or Scale experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience in a customer service role an asset
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Skid Steer experience is an asset

Milner group continues to provide services such as trucking, gravel quarrying, demolition, and hazardous materials abatement, hauling, and disposal services for residential and commercial waste to a diverse range of clients in the Mid-Island area.
