Our bold ambition is to become a digital, customer-centric market leader. Our Business Consultant role will support projects and non-project business initiatives aligned to this strategy. You will champion for the customer, advisor and employee experience for projects and programs aimed to digitize our business and to expand our product and service offerings.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with the Value Stream Owner (VS) Consultants to align delivery needs with our IT partners' capacity.
- Preparing our business partners for changes that are being introduced and articulating what it will mean _for them _specifically.
- Using your analytical skills and critical thinking to ask questions, understand the impacts to the Value Stream and how it impacts our Business Partners.
- Using strong organization skills to bring all the pieces of the puzzle together to get the work done, done well, and on time
- Work with the consultants and PO’s to understand all ongoing work, feeding the VS’ overall prioritization.
- Having a strong understanding of the cost and benefits of work done within the Value Stream.
- Partner with our financial analysts and IT partners to monitor the Value Stream budget and cost allocation.
- You will drive transformation of the team and the organization by bringing the right people together at the right time.
- Partner with the VSO to own our story and vision for the Value Stream.
- Partner closely with Strategy and planning leads to focus on future needs.
- Work with the team to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, and how to grow our High Performing team.

**How will you create impact?**

You will join forces with other talented people (like Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Experts, and IT partners) to deliver value to Canada Segment, driving the delivery of our initiatives, and maintaining a future-focused lens on the Value Streams priorities. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the overall health of the Value Stream ensuring our IT partners are aligned for delivery.
