Montreal Corporate Head Office, where most of their employees are based, offers career opportunities in Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR as well as in the Production and Warehousing facilities.

**Objective**:
The Collection Clerk will be accountable for collection process, claims and as well as other financial transactions including but limited to customers’ accounts verifications and recording status.

**Responsible for**:

- Keep track and follow up on customers payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile balances to customer statements by sending reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts
- Organize and setup payment plans with customers
- Verify discrepancies and resolve customers billing issues
- Analyze claim deductions and price discrepancies directly with customers
- Payments on account to be reviewed and reconciled with customers
- Communication with sales managers regarding overdue accounts
- Weekly audit of cash receipts and bank reconciliation, review any variances
- Assist in backup documentation for audits, retrieve information required
- Assist our finance team with their monthly review of their VAT reporting with any VAT discrepancies and make necessary adjustments if needed
- All other related tasks and ad-hoc projects
- Insured communication with Team Leader

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish
- Knowledge of the ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Team player and collaboration
- Experience in an office setting (Office Suite)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
